Excellent for toning and suppleness. (12. August 2000)

The easy looking exercises belie what goes on underneath. Exercise 4 times a week and notice results within a month. It strenghens, tones, changes posture and makes you so supple you'd swear that you were 10 years old again. You can do the exercise in your living room and all you need is a chair and a structure as high as a dining table. You need dedication though and just watching the video is not going to do it for you.
